Nomex Flight Suits

Our 27P flight suits are made by Propper, the largest supplier of military uniforms and flight suits to the US Department of Defense. These are the same official flight suits worn by all US air crews. In addition to use for flight, the flame-retardant properties of the Nomex Flight Suit make it a popular choice for tactical CQC operations. They are warm, comfortable, and provide some level of burn protection. For the technically inclined, these Nomex Flight Suits contain 92% meta aramid, 5% para aramid, and 3% conductive fibers.

These CWU 27/P Nomex Coveralls are sewn to MIL-SPEC FNS/PD 96-17 (MIL-C-83141A). They include six primary pockets, with a pencil pocket on the left sleeve, and a knife pocket on the left leg inseam. Our flight suits come in the three most popular colors - desert tan, sage green, and black. They are ready for military deployment with a hook and loop patch for your name tape.
