Did we make a mistake?? Please notify us within 10 days of any discrepancies in your received order so that we can fix the problem ASAP. If we made a mistake, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
Returns
We cannot accept returns without a completed Customer Return Form. This form was included in your purchase, along with your packing slip. Please complete this Return Form and include it with your return merchandise. We have also included a return shipping label on the form - please use it.

Shipping Your Return
Please ensure your shipment is pre-paid using a trackable shipping service such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. Make sure the “Order Number” from your packing slip is clearly marked on the outside of your package.
